Andrew M. Eggan has been an attorney with Pear Sperling Eggan & Daniels, P.C. since 1975 and is a principal/owner of the firm. He devotes a substantial portion of his practice to estate planning/probate, real estate, and corporate matters, representing many businesses and individuals and providing a broad array of services. Mr. Eggan has wide experience in general litigation and is admitted to practice in all Michigan courts, the United States District Court, for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Eggan attended the United States Air Force Academy and graduated from Eastern Michigan University (1971) with an undergraduate degree in business. He received his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law (1975). Mr. Eggan is involved in a number of civic activities. He is President of the Board of Trustees of The Gilbert Residence, Inc., Chair of the Public Policy Division of the Ypsilanti Area Chamber of Commerce, Secretary of the Cleary University Board of Trustees, member of the Board of Directors of the Washtenaw Economic Club, and a member of the Eastern Michigan University Athletic Club Board of Directors. Mr. Eggan has also served as President of the Ypsilanti Area Futures, Ypsilanti Area Chamber of Commerce, Ypsilanti Kiwanis Club, and Eastern Michigan University Athletic Club. Within the legal community, Mr. Eggan is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, and its Probate and Estate Planning, and Real Property Law Sections, the Washtenaw County Bar Association, and the Washtenaw Estate Planning Council.
