Bruce G. Davis joined Pear Sperling Eggan & Daniels, P.C., as an Owner/Principal in January 2007. Mr. Davis was previously a member and shareholder in the Dykema Gossett and Berry Moorman law firms. Mr. Davis focuses his practice on Business Law, Labor and Employment Law and Immigration Law. He represents management in all areas of labor and employment including traditional union/management labor-relations, trade secret and non-compete litigation, as well as obtaining business-related visas for employees. His extensive litigation and advisory experience includes trial and administrative proceedings throughout Michigan and the United States, in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Davis earned his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University and his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law. He is a frequent lecturer and author on employment, labor and immigration issues and serves as a court-appointed mediator in the Washtenaw and Ingham County Circuit Courts. Prior to earning his law degree, Mr. Davis worked for the United States Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service.
