Andrew M. Eggan joined the firm in 1975.

Mr. Eggan is an experienced litigator, and devotes a substantial portion of his practice to counseling individuals and business entities on estate planning/probate, real estate and business matters. He counsels new and established businesses throughout Michigan on succession planning, the formation and operation of corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and partnerships. He is currently the Washtenaw County Public Administrator.
