Mr. Pear is a life long resident of Washtenaw County in Michigan and has been in private practice since 1966. His practice is devoted to business matters, real estate and estate planning. Mr. Pear was an instructor of business law at Cleary College and was the Ann Arbor City Attorney from 1973 to 1975. Mr. Pear is listed in Michigan Super Lawyers for 2009, 2010, and 2011 under Estate Planning & Probate.
