Joshua R. Fink joined the firm in 2003.

Mr. Fink concentrates his practice in the areas of special needs planning, estate planning, probate matters including decedent estates, guardianships, conservatorships and probate litigation. He assists individuals in receiving Social Security and Medicaid benefits. Mr. Fink speaks regularly on behalf of advocacy groups and parent organizations on the topics of special needs planning, guardianship and alternatives to guardianship, and annually writes a chapter on the use of Special Needs Trust for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. He also represents individuals and business entities in commercial litigation matters. Mr. Fink is listed in 2011 Super Lawyers as a rising star in the area of estate planning and probate.
