Todd E. Chawansky joined the firm in 2012.

Mr. Chawansky concentrates his practice in the areas of intellectual property and franchise law.  He counsels individuals and corporations regarding trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement matters to assist in developing and protecting their brands.  In addition, Mr. Chawansky is a registered patent attorney and has experience in all areas of patent prosecution, including invention disclosures, patent drafting and claim construction.  As a part of his practice, Mr. Chawansky also drafts and negotiates intellectual property-related agreements, such as confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, license agreements, assignments and co-existence agreements.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chawansky worked in the International Legal department of a global, multi-billion dollar corporation.  His knowledge and experience in the areas of international franchise and intellectual property law enable Mr. Chawansky to provide his clients with superior legal representation.
