We serve as coverage counsel for a major Michigan municipal self-insurance pool providing insurance coverage opinions and advice. We also represent other clients in insurance coverage litigation, including highly complex matters involving virtually every aspect of the standard municipal insurance coverage document at both the trial and appellate levels. We have successfully negotiated settlements of coverage disputes to avoid litigation and work closely with professional risk managers and claims adjusting firms and their in-house counsel.
