Sarah Meinhart and Steve Tramontin Speak at Annual Probate Training Event

Estate Planning Attorney Ann Arbor
Sarah Meinhart speaking at the Annual Probate Training event in Ann Arbor.

Sarah Meinhart and Steve Tramontin presented at the Annual Probate Training event at the Ann Arbor City Club on September 12th. Sarah discussed Decedent’s Estate Administration and Steve presented on Conservatorships and Guardianships for Adults and Minors.

Sarah knows the incapacity or death of a family member or friend may not only bring about legal issues, but also presents potential difficult interpersonal dynamics.  As an attorney and counselor, she’s able to navigate these issues as they arise. She is knowledgeable about the law and the rights of parties, which she couples with the ability to delicately approach intricate circumstances. She can properly administer a decedent’s estate through probate with the court or through trust administration, petition for guardianship/conservatorship for an elderly or special needs loved one, and structure estate planning to suit unique circumstances.

“I appreciate the opportunity to share my knowledge of estate planning in a setting where I am also afforded time to listen to individuals share their experience and  help guide them through the estate planning process,” says Sarah Meinhart, estate planning attorney.

Sarah is heavily involved in the community. She’s always giving back and willing to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed. Learn more about Sarah Meinhart, an estate planning attorney in Ann Arbor at Pear, Sperling, Eggan & Daniels, P.C.
