Mr. Nelson’s 50-year practice has focused on estate planning, probate litigation, trust and estate administration, business matters, and real estate, including construction and construction lien matters. Jim has extensive experience in the preparation of wills and trusts designed to meet the unique needs and requirements of each individual client. He provides legal services to a wide variety of business entities including limited liability companies and corporations. Jim has extensive experience in residential, commercial, and agricultural property transactions.
