Janet LeAnnais

Janet’s main areas of practice are Estate Planning (including Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney), Probate Litigation, and Family Law (including Divorce, Custody, Parenting Time and Support).  Prior to joining PSED Law, Janet worked at Suzanne R. Fanning, PLLC, where she focused on Estate Planning and Probate Litigation, the Wayne County Friend of the Court, where she was a Senior Staff Attorney, working to enforce child support orders, and also at Messing, Palmer, and Dignan, PC, where she handled workers’ compensation and social security disability cases.  Admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court in 2001, Janet has been involved in a number of state and federal appellate matters for family law, probate, and workers’ compensation.

When she isn’t working, Janet enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading mystery novels, playing on-line escape rooms, solving crossword puzzles, and bicycling.
