Marty Bodnar, Elder Law Attorney, Completes Continuing Education Program on Elder Law

Marty Bodnar, Elder Law attorney at Pear Sperling Eggan & Daniels, P.C. completed the Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s Elder Law Certificate Program and received a certificate.

This program consisted of 49 online lesson covering the following critical areas of Elder Law:

• Capacity Assessment
• Guardianships & Conservatorships
• Long-Term Care Planning and Contracts
• Financial & Health Care Power of Attorneys
• Medicaid Planning for nursing home patients
• Veteran benefits
• Elder Abuse 

With 10,000 baby boomers turning 65 every day for the next 13 years, through this program, Marty furthered his Elder Law knowledge and gained new perspectives by seeing how his peers approach challenging issues.
